and he also knows how to apply it to wounded hearts. Basil seeks to be

What impresses me about the ministry that God has
called Dr. Basil Frasure into, is his desire to refer to this ministry
as 'Biblical Counseling' instead of the traditional name, 'Christian Counseling.'
For you see it is the Word of God - the Holy Bible that Basil uses exclusively
in his written materials, in his preparation, and in his delivery during
the counseling sessions. Dr. Frasure seeks the Counsel of the Lord in all
aspects of his Christian walk - personally and professionally.
As I consider the ministry that God has called Basil
into, the following verses come to my mind: Proverbs 27:9 "Ointment
and perfume rejoice the heart: so doth the sweetness of a man's friend
by hearty counsel." Acts 20:27 "For I have not shunned to declare unto
you all the counsel of God."
As Dr. Basil Frasure seeks the Lord on behalf of
another person, one will soon see the Basil is a friend indeed who
delivers wise, prudent, and Godly counsel.
