But if a seed is broken and air is allowed in ...	But if a man is tempted and sin is allowed in ...

A dead seed can do nothing of itself to live again or produce fruit.

A dead man can do nothing of himself to live again or produce fruit.

   Whosoever committeth sins is the servant of sin. (John 8:34)

   Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants yea are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? (Romans 6:16)

The carnal (flesh-centered) mind is enemity against God, for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. (Romans 8. 7-8)

All men become spiritually dead

Man can not please God

ref. Romans 8:8, Isaiah 59:2

Sin separates man from God.

There is none righteous, no, not one. (Romans 3:10)

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)

For in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shall surely die. (Genesis 2:17)

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death is passed upon all men, for that all have sinned. (Romans 5:12)

For the wages of sin is death. (Romans 6:23)

Jesus Paid Our Death Penalty

But LIFE remains on the outside of man.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him (Jesus) the iniquity (sin) of us all. (Isaiah 53:6)

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

Jesus saith ... I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)

Man must receive the resurrected LIFE of Jesus Christ

LIFE must penetrate
Body: Hear about Jesus Read about Jesus See Jesus in the life of another.	Soul: One must give his/her life to Jesus letting Him become their Lord and Saviour

Said Jesus ... Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. And ...he breathed upon them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost: ( John 20:21-22)

The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam (Jesus) was made a quickening (life- giving) spirit. (I Corinthians 14:45)

If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. (Romans 10:9)

NEW LIFE is given SPIRITUAL BIRTH occurs

The Spirit of God must unite with the spirit of man that the man may become a son of God.

Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Except a man be born of water (physical birth) and of the Spirit (spiritual birth), he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

That which is born of flesh is flesh; and that which is born of Spirit is spirit. (John 3:3, 5, 6)

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name. (John 1:12)

DON'T WAIT.

Like a dead seed, a spiritually dead man awaits being cast away.

Each step away from Jesus is one step nearer Judgment.

Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation. (II Corinthians 6:2).

Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near. (Isaiah 55:6)

Boast not thyself of tomorrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth. (Proverbs 27:1)

God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of the. (Luke 12:20)

WARNING!

A dead seed has no purpose, but to be thrown into the fire to be burned.

Those who reject Jesus as Lord will be thrown into THE LAKE OF FIRE and there They shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. (ref. Matt. 28:41, Rev. 20:20)

    And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment.
   For if we sin wilfully (reject Jesus) after that we have received the know- ledge of truth (the gospel), there remains no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. (Hebrews 9:27, 10:26-27)

   This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:14-15)
