I have a very delightful mature lady here
with me today. Pat and her husband has driven 1,400 miles here from
central Florida. Here is Pat with her testimony.
I had decided that my purpose
for serving God was ended, that I was too old and became very fearful and
depressed. All my time was being spent sleeping away the day, reading
Christian novels, and doing anything to escape. I was also on medication
that made me feel like a zombie. I was just going through the motions of
performing.
When I went to my pastor and
his wife to seek their counseling, they suggested that I come to Whole
Person Counseling. Last year, we brought our granddaughter here and
we were well acquainted with the ministry. Through this visit with
Basil Frasure, I have recognized the enemy's hold on me and have faced
the lies that I had begun to believe from the enemy. I have been
set free by Jesus Christ in knowing that I am not too old to serve Him
as long as I am here on this earth. By getting back into the word of God,
I have remembered who I am in Christ and I have been given much information
to take home with me to study.
I am now equipped to recognize
and overcome the Satan's lies. I am free to serve my Jesus until He says
it is time to come home and appreciate the prayers of others.
