Symptoms
often vary depending upon the evil spirits involved, the degree
of control they have obtained, and also the emotional, mental,
and spiritual state of the individual (Matt. 8:28-34, Mark
5:1-10, Luke 8:26-28). SOME SYMPTOMS INCLUDE: 1. Physical = supernatural strength, weakness, malnutrition, overweight, uncleanliness, nudity, nerve disorders, sexual perversion, violence, nonfunctional illnesses, headaches, heartaches, and stomach problems. 2. Mental = restlessness, compulsions, reliance upon drugs, suicidal tendencies, fantasizing, self-deception, confusion, extreme fears, depression, shyness, and dominance. 3. Spiritual = continual spiritual failures (even as a Christian), nightmares, hearing voices, seeing unusual things, and a lack of self-control. |
